CONGRESSMAN STEVE KING TO HEADLINE ANNUAL STORY COUNTY GOP DINNER

AMES, IA – The Republican Party of Story County announced today that Congressman Steve King will be the featured speaker for the sixth annual Judge Joseph Story Dinner. This special dinner will take place at Prairie Moon Winery in Ames on Monday, September 19, 2016 with doors opening at 5:00 p.m.

Special guests include State Auditor Mary Mosiman, Trump National Campaign Advisor Sam Clovis, Republican Party of Iowa Chairman Jeff Kauffman, Republican Party of Iowa Co-Chairman Cody Hoefert, Republican National Committeeman Steve Scheffler, Republican National Committeewoman Tamara Scott, and local Story County Republican candidates.

“We are thrilled to give Story County voters a chance to hear about the upcoming 2016 election from Congressman King and key Republican Party officials,” said Brett Barker, Story County GOP Chairman.

The dinner is an annual tradition to celebrate Judge Joseph Story. Judge Story served on the United States Supreme Court from 1811-1845 and is the namesake of Story County.
