NEVADA, IA – The Republican Party of Story County announced today that Governor Kim Reynolds and Lt. Governor Adam Gregg have been added to the speaking line-up for their upcoming Judge Joseph Story Dinner. Senator Ben Sasse (R-NE) will be the keynote speaker. This special annual dinner will take place at Gatherings in Nevada on Friday, July 7, 2017 with doors opening at 5:00 p.m.
“We are thrilled to have Governor Reynolds and Lt. Governor Gregg with us on July 7,” said Brett Barker, Story County GOP Chairman. “Story County Republicans are looking forward to hearing about their vision to build a better Iowa.”
The dinner is an annual tradition to celebrate Judge Joseph Story. Judge Story served on the United States Supreme Court from 1811-1845 and is the namesake of Story County.
